Abstract Objective To construct an individual socioeconomic status index (ISESI) with information available in the Population Information System of Region Valencia, Spain, and use it to analyse inequalities a colorectal cancer screening programme (CRCSP). Methods Cross-sectional study. The study population was composed men women aged between 50 69 who were invited participate most recently completed round Valencia CRCSP 2020, n = 1,150,684.
